Meet Erica Statly
Hey there - I’m Erica. Dog and cat mom, Michigan-born but calling Charleston, SC home; lover of the outdoors, mobility training, and talking business with anyone who’s game for it.
I started this company because I saw how often great companies struggled to balance growth with organization, and I wanted to be the partner who could help growing companies be more profitable with less overwhelm.
When I’m not helping clients or uncovering new opportunities, you can usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, training for my next 10K run, or at the beach with my pup. I’m based in Charleston, South Carolina, but our team is from all over the world.
At the heart of it, I believe the right mix of creativity, structure, and consistency can make almost anything possible.
