Erica Statly
Founder and Principal
Erica is a marketer at heart, a project manager by trade, and her passion lies in helping businesses move incredible ideas off the wishlist and into reality.
She started this company because she saw how often great companies struggled to balance growth with organization, and she wanted to be the partner who could bring both strategy and structure to the table.
When she’s not mapping out campaigns or keeping projects on track, you can usually find her experimenting in the kitchen, training for her next 10K run, or at the beach with her pup. She’s based in Charleston, South Carolina, but works with clients across the country to help them scale their businesses with clarity and confidence.
At the heart of it, she loves seeing people’s ideas turn into something real. And she believes the right mix of creativity, structure, and consistency can make almost anything possible.
Robyn Anthony
Project Coordinator
Robyn is a project coordinator with operations experience who helps teams bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work.She specializes in turning scattered ideas, busy workflows, and ambitious plans into clear, workable systems
She chose to step away from the traditional 9–5 to freelance, valuing flexibility, autonomy, and the freedom to design her workday in a way that supports both productivity and balance (including long walks and good bagel somewhere when needed)
Based in Cape Town, so if there’s a slight delay in replies, blame the time zones (or a coffee run!)
Nicole Hawthorne
Scrum Master, Agile Project & Change Manager
With over 15 years of experience, Nicole focuses on the "human side" of company growth. She blends Agile execution with Organizational Change Management to ensure that when organizations scale, their people keep up. At The 128 Collective, you’ll find her eliminating friction, linking tasks to clear KPIs, and shifting mindsets to make new workflows stick—all while ensuring teams maintain a sustainable rhythm that prevents burnout.
Outside of the remote office, Nicole is based in Charlotte, NC and embraces the "work to live, not live to work" ideology by spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters, ages 3 and 9. Her days are a mix of family adventures and keeping up with the family's energetic 2-year-old poodle. Whether she’s streamlining a complex pivot or chasing a toddler and a pup, she believes in helping to build products/services that people truly love.
Paige Joyner
Marketing Intern
Paige is a recent graduate from the College of Charleston, where she furthered her knowledge in Marketing and Psychology. At the 128 Collective, you will find Paige working on marketing management and operations, including podcast editing, social media coordination, designing ads, and writing blogs, whilst sipping a cappuccino at every meeting.
At the 128 Collective, we embody the ideology that time for work and life are equally important. In her personal life, Paige spends her time curating graphics for local nonprofits, caring for her two cats, and shooting film. If you just can't seem to find her, she's most likely without service amongst the mountains. She loves to discover good coffee & converse, so feel comfortable sending a chat here!
Sabrina San Agustin
Marketing Intern
Sabrina is a current junior at the College of Charleston where she is pursuing a degree in Marketing. She is a a creative marketer and designer who loves helping bring stories to life through thoughtful strategy and strong visuals.
At The 128 Collective she helps support marketing and project initiatives, from social media and SEO to ads, website updates, and rebranding projects, helping brands grow and connect better with their audiences.
