The 128’s 2025 Wrapped

Can you believe 2025 is nearly over? In the beginning of 2025, a close advisor to our business told our Founder, Erica, that she would always remember this year in business. “You will not wish to return to this year, but you will look back on it fondly,” he said.

And boy, was he correct.

We began 2025 with one clear goal: build a stronger, more profitable, more sustainable company. How we defined that was by delivering high-quality services and consistently driving value in a respectful, mission-driven way.

What unfolded this year exceeded our expectations in every way.

So, welcome to The 128’s 2025 Wrapped! These are the numbers, the milestones, the behind-the-scenes work, and the lessons we’re carrying into 2026.

Our 2025 At a Glance

Here’s what this year looked like from 128,000 feet:

  • More than doubling our YoY revenue

  • $1.3M+ in ad spend managed for our clients

  • 20+ projects managed across multiple industries

  • 6 custom onboarding systems designed

  • 2 live events coordinated

  • Our full company rebrand launched

This is a direct reflection of long days, countless almond milk lattes, and tripping over ourselves every now and then.

Doing The Right Work With The Right Clients

More than doubling revenue didn’t happen by accident. It was a strategic, purposeful shift. We clarified the kinds of people we like to work with and set up over dozens of calls with people in this audience for market research. Based on this, we revamped our service offerings based on what we knew our target audience needed. And then we took a revenue hit in the summer months to focus on getting our operations up to speed with what our target audience expected and deserved.

Revenue naturally became a byproduct of structure.

Managing $1.3M+ in Ad Spend: Strategy Over Guesswork

This year, we managed over $1.3 million in advertising spend across Google, Meta, and multi-platform campaigns. The spend looks impressive, but what we’re really proud of is the strategy that maximized this spend. We wanted every dollar clients were spending to have a clear, results driven purpose.

While we wanted to scale The 128 profitably, we wanted to make sure the services we performed for others helped them do the same.

Systems Were The Silent Hero of 2025

And probably will be every year. We designed and implemented 6 full onboarding systems this year alone. Including our own.

We created dozens of content pieces about the importance of onboarding systems and how it significantly strengthened our company. A solid onboarding system:

  • Improves client experience

  • Reduces delivery bottlenecks

  • Eliminates manual chaos

  • And creates consistency across services

Events, Projects, Real World Execution.

We’re project managers at heart, so we love pulling together a good plan. But in 2025, we didn’t stop there. We committed to nearly flawless execution.

From launches to campaigns to operational overhauls, every project sharpened our ability to move fast without breaking quality.

This year taught us that great project management isn’t about perfection, but rather momentum, communication, and follow-through.

The Rebrand: More Than a New Look

Our rebrand wasn’t only cosmetic. It reflected who the company has become.

The old brand represented where we started. The new brand represents where we’re going. The rebrand marked a shift from “doing the work” to leading the work. It unveiled the team behind The 128 and how we’ve strategically grown the team this year to support the work we do.

What’s Ahead for 2026

We have a lot of work to do, folks. Our mission is to prove growing a business doesn’t have to come at the cost of your wellbeing. And well, we need to get better at “walking the walk”.

We’ll be providing educational tips on marketing, project management, operations, and systems.

We’ll continue delivering high-quality, transparent, valuable services to our clients.

And we’ll continue our dedication to getting more and more American businesses time back in their weeks.
