Tools Built with AI
Calculator
The numbers you enter into the calculator on our site (revenue, team size, project data, utilization) are never sent anywhere. The calculation runs entirely in your browser, on your device. We don't see it, store it, or have any record of it unless you choose to share your results with us directly.
Delivery Margin Assessment
The information you enter during the assessment is shared with us after you fill out the form. Anyone who fills out the form is sent to our CRM with their contact information and quiz results. Claude’s models are not trained on your results or your contact information.
How we use AI during a Delivery Audit
When we run a Delivery Audit, we use a proprietary tool we built with Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding assistant) to help us analyze your project management tool against our 28 focus areas. This is part of the preparation of your findings. Claude’s models are not trained on your information.
What this means for your data:
We use Claude under a professional account with model training turned off. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's AI models.
Claude chats are never shared externally and we do not use any API endpoints with other tools when running project management tool data files for analysis.
We only use AI on the specific data you've shared with us for your engagement.
What we don't do:
We don't use free, consumer-default AI tools with looser data settings for client work.
We don't share your data with AI vendors beyond what's needed to generate your findings.
We don't retain your data in AI tools longer than needed to complete your engagement. We destroy information included call recordings, tool analysis, etc after 30 days, in line with our 30 day retention policy.
