Using Agile to Achieve Our 2026 Goals

Ready to join me on this year long experiment?

Download the free guide to learn more about the agile methodology and how you can apply it to life goals.

Who is this for?

For the person who sets annual goals every year, but feels overwhelmed and discouraged when trying to reach them.

For the person who has set the most ambitious goals of their lifetime to date, and is feeling crushed by the pressure.

For the person who is tired of allowing perfection to slow them down.

What is it?

This is a personal goal setting and goal execution system based on agile project management principles. It helps you break large goals (such as your 2026 goals) down into quarterly priorities (Epics), bite sized, testable actions (Stories), execution cycles (Sprints), and weekly and daily check-in’s to maintain momentum.

FAQs

How can agile methodology apply to life goals?

Agile project management is all about “iteration”. The easy way out is waiting until something feels perfect, or it feels “just right”, for you to begin. Agile helps us remove those excuses and start with what we have. Then we iterate upon that, making incremental improvements, until we’ve reached our goal.

Is this a planner or productivity tool?

No, this is a goal setting & execution system designed to create sustainable habits to help you reach your goals.

How long are the sprints?

It’s up to you! I’ve chosen two week cycles. You can choose any length, but all sprints must be the same length. You cannot do one 2-week sprint, then a 4-week sprint, then a 3 day sprint.

Do I need project management experience?

Nope! This is actually intended to help participators learn how to project manage while achieving their goals :)

What kind of goals does this work for?

It should work for any type of goal. Whether that be:

  • Identity shifts (this is the goal I’m working towards)

  • Fitness or wellness

  • Career goals

  • Growing your business

  • Creative projects

  • Lifestyle shifts

  • Financial goals

What do you get out of this?

You’ll learn how to make quicker, more confident decisions.

You’ll learn how to feel less overwhelmed when approaching your goals.

You’ll learn how to prioritize your weeks according to your goals.

You’ll learn how to follow through…and actually do it this time.

You’ll learn how to reduce pressure on yourself when it comes to achieving goals.

Meet Erica Statly

Hey there - I’m Erica: a marketer at heart, project manager by trade, and my passion lies in helping businesses move incredible ideas off the wishlist and into reality.

I started this company because I saw how often great companies struggled to balance growth with organization, and I wanted to be the partner who could bring both strategy and structure to the table.

When I’m not mapping out campaigns or keeping projects on track, you can usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, training for my next 10K run, or at the beach with my pup. I’m based in Charleston, South Carolina, but I work with clients across the country to help them scale their businesses with clarity and confidence.

At the heart of it, I love seeing people’s ideas turn into something real. And I believe the right mix of creativity, structure, and consistency can make almost anything possible.
